Shipping

We use PostNL for letterbox packages and DPD for package shipments. If you order before 2 p.m., the package will be posted the same day and, in principle, delivered the next working day. Please note that no orders are shipped on Saturdays and Sundays, so orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping at temperatures above 20 degrees

Due to the risk of melting chocolate, we do not ship chocolate at temperatures above 20 degrees. You can still place your order. This is held and as soon as the temperatures drop below 20 degrees, we will post your package.

RETURNS

What a pity that the chocolate is not what you expected! You are not obliged to state the reason, but we would like to hear why you want to cancel your order so that we can optimize our ordering service.

If you want to return your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. This can be done by sending an email to hello@hands-off.com and include the information below. You can then return your order to our office in Hilversum. The return shipment must be received by us within 14 days. Please include the following information in your email:

• Reason for return
